[SGU Structure] General discussion

The SGU structure is quite particular as the whole front of the gate is spinning (and not the whole gate as shown in the series, cinema magic).

I do think a general discussion is a good start for this part. I'll try to summarize here the debates and pro and cons of the different possibilities and the possible consensus the community may find.

Here we speak only about the structure that will allow the Stargate to stand up and allow the rotating system to be added. To speak about the rotation it's in the next forum.
